How it works

How commercial laundry works with Hamsa

Won once. Then the same cycle, every time.

Three steps to start. After that, every collection runs the same way, and any gap between the two counts becomes a ticket, not an argument.

Starting a contract

  1. 1

    Enquiry and site survey

Send the quote form. We visit, see your volumes and how linen moves on your site.

  2. 2

    Trial and written quote

A trial batch through the plant, then a written quote and the service plan for your site.

  3. 3

    Contract and schedule

Your rate card, collection days and route are fixed. A named contact is assigned.

Every cycle, inside 45 km

  1. A

    Collection

Bags scanned, counted by category, signed for and photographed. The challan reaches you on WhatsApp.

  2. B

    Plant

Tagged, sorted, pre-treated, cleaned, finished and checked. Your items never mix with anyone else's.

  3. C

    Delivery

Packed and labelled by property, delivered on schedule and counted again with you.

  4. D

    Reconcile

Collected against returned, per category. A gap opens a ticket for a rewash, trace or claim.

  5. E

    Monthly bill

One GST invoice with a piece-level statement and a service report for the month.

FAQ

Questions businesses ask

Why don't you publish prices?

No two businesses send the same mix of items, volumes and turnaround needs. We visit your site and give a written quote built for your volumes.

How do you make sure nothing goes missing?

Every bag is counted by category at collection and again at delivery. Any difference opens a ticket for a trace, rewash or claim.

How is billing done?

One monthly GST invoice with a piece-level statement and a service report.

Is there a trial?

Yes. After the site survey we run a trial batch through the plant before the written quote.

How do I start?

Send the quote form or call 9115-505-505. We call to fix a site survey.

Get a written quote for your site

We visit, look at what you send and how often, and quote for your volumes. No prices are published.
