Why Hamsa

Named for the swan that can separate milk from water.

In Indian tradition, Hamsa is the divine swan that carries Brahma ji, and the one creature said to draw pure milk out of water. It stands for discernment. That is the job: separating real cleaning from the kind that only looks clean, one counted, checked piece at a time.

How it works

Won once. Then the same cycle, every time.

Three steps to start. After that, every collection runs the same way, and any gap between the two counts becomes a ticket, not an argument.

Starting a contract

  1. 1

    Enquiry and site survey

Send the quote form. We visit, see your volumes and how linen moves on your site.

  2. 2

    Trial and written quote

A trial batch through the plant, then a written quote and the service plan for your site.

  3. 3

    Contract and schedule

Your rate card, collection days and route are fixed. A named contact is assigned.

Every cycle, inside 45 km

  1. A

    Collection

Bags scanned, counted by category, signed for and photographed. The challan reaches you on WhatsApp.

  2. B

    Plant

Tagged, sorted, pre-treated, cleaned, finished and checked. Your items never mix with anyone else's.

  3. C

    Delivery

Packed and labelled by property, delivered on schedule and counted again with you.

  4. D

    Reconcile

Collected against returned, per category. A gap opens a ticket for a rewash, trace or claim.

  5. E

    Monthly bill

One GST invoice with a piece-level statement and a service report for the month.

The plant

Eight stations. Nothing happens in one room.

Follow a bag through our plant at Sector 82, Mohali. Every stage is its own controlled station, with its own checks.

How we care for every order

Your linen is your guest's first impression. We treat it that way.

Your items never mix

Each client's batch is processed and packed on its own, from intake to dispatch.

Every piece is traceable

Barcodes and counts follow each item through every station, and you can see its status.

Recorded before we touch it

Existing stains and damage are photographed at check-in, so there is never a dispute about what came in.

The right process for the fabric

Programmes chosen per fabric and soil, on skin-safe certified chemistry. No perc, no chlorine.

Clean stays clean

Soiled and finished items move through separate areas and are never stored together.

We stand behind it

Rewash at no charge, and cover up to 5x the cleaning charge for damage under the Swan Guarantee.

Quality and certifications

A quality system you can audit, not a promise you have to trust.

  • Count at the door. Every bag counted and itemised at collection, with a signed digital challan.
  • Inspection sequence. Check-in, sorting, pre-treatment, cleaning, pre-press, pressing, final inspection, assembly and delivery.
  • Close the loop. Return count reconciled against collection count. Any gap opens a ticket with a photo.
  • Monthly service report. On-time delivery, count accuracy and rewash rate for your management.
