Hamsa commercial laundry: questions and answers
What is Hamsa?
Hamsa is the B2B division of Swan Clean. It provides contract laundry and dry cleaning for hotels, campuses, clinics, salons, corporates, restaurants, boutiques, housing societies and institutions.
Where is the Hamsa plant?
Our plant is in Sector 82, Industrial Area, Mohali. Every Hamsa contract is processed there.
Which areas do you cover?
Collection and delivery within 45 km of the plant, which covers Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Kharar, New Chandigarh, Dera Bassi and Kurali. Further sites are quoted case by case.
Why don't you publish prices?
No two businesses send the same mix of items, volumes and turnaround needs. We visit your site and give a written quote built for your volumes.
How do you make sure nothing goes missing?
Every bag is counted by category at collection and again at delivery. Any difference opens a ticket for a trace, rewash or claim.
What certifications do you hold?
Our dry cleaning is GreenEarth certified, and our Diversey laundry chemistry is ECOCERT and Dermatest certified.
What machines do you use?
Seitz (Germany) dry cleaning, Veit, Macpi, Naomoto and Domus finishing, and Diversey chemistry dosing.
How is billing done?
One monthly GST invoice with a piece-level statement and a service report.
Is there a trial?
Yes. After the site survey we run a trial batch through the plant before the written quote.
